I remember ever since the very first time I called her... asking information about the Mavis apartments.. she took the time to explain how to apply and how the apartments were well taking care of... From the moment I first made my appointment to the moment I finished moving in, the property manager Bianca has been AMAZING! She has made everything run so much smoother, and had made herself available to us day and night. She shows such pride in her property and I can honestly say that, by far, she is the friendliest and most involved property manager I have ever worked with! The property is so clean! She has pest control out very often just to do a check on things, which I absolutely love! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors all seem friendly! "When we first moved in, the manager Bianca Cerrillo was very nice and always did her best to help us whenever we had a question. my roommates and I lived there for 2 years and whenever there was an issue she worked with us and Communicated with us, getting back to me within the day. "I would like to start of with saying Thank you to Natasha Corona manager at Charlestone Gardens, my family and I have called this a home for almost 10year now and I have to say I am very thankful that we finally have a manager that actually cares about our community and has kept up with all that job includes. In all the time I been here this has been the most community events and community growth and involvement I have seen. I would also like to add that I am very please with the well maintained cleaned neighborhood. The times that I have requested maintenance service they have been done in a timely matter and with very friendly staff from the lady that cleans the laundry rooms to the maintenance all very nice.
